Senior Specialist Regulatory Reporting / Meldewesen Banking (m/f/d)

Your mission In this key role, you take over the responsible creation and timely delivery of all supervisory reports for the German and Austrian branches. You are internal savings partners for regulatory issues, support strategic projects and work closely with supervisory authorities and internal interfaces. Their expertise contributes decisively to ensuring the regulatory security of the company.

Competent preparation and timely submission of all supervisoryly relevant notifications to the competent authorities (including the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, Deutsche Bundesbank, Austrian National Bank). These include in particular: BISTA, ZISTA and AUSTA notifications

millions and large-scale credit reports

AnaCredit reporting

review and quality assurance of existing notifications and ongoing further development and efficiency improvement of the reporting processes

Interdisciplinary projects with reference to German and Austrian supervisory reporting

User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for new products, interfaces and releases and hotfixes in the BAIS system

Close coordination and cooperation with Accounting, Legal, ALM and internal and external auditors

Continuous further education and independent examination of regulatory innovations, in particular in the context of credit law and capital requirements regulation

Deep knowledge in supervisory reporting, in particular in the context of credit law and capital requirements regulation

Successfully completed studies of business management or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience (at least five years) in a comparable position in regulatory reporting or reporting

routine in dealing with common reporting and reporting systems; Experience with BAIS or FREX (AT) is advantageous

Very good knowledge in MS Excel and ideally first practical experience with MS Access

Excellent analytical skills as well as good technical understanding and IT affinity
