Senior Business Analyst in Consulting

As a (senior) business analyst:in consulting, you work in particular on individual software solutions for our customers such as banks, insurance companies and trade. “Schema F” is a foreign word for us. We are a team of motivated experts: women who like to look over the plate rim. We work interdisciplinary for our customers to develop the best individual solution – even if there is no such solution. We promote an open culture characterized by respect and appreciation in which errors are considered learning opportunities.

Analyse mit Tiefgang: You penetrate customer problems until you understand the true core requirement and prioritize them with your stakeholders.

Technical Solution Design: You translate complex business logic into precise technical specifications and act as a central link to software development.

Methodological modeling: You visualize processes and system components so that everyone speaks a language (e.g. with BPMN 2.0, DMN or UML).

Tool competence: You know the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence & Co) and can use it in a targeted manner

Variety of roles: Depending on the project context, you also have the role of the Product Owner.

Location building: You actively participate in establishing our structures in Hanover and bring life to the Bude with your personality.

Abstraction capacity: You can look at problems from different perspectives and master the transfer from the rough vision to the detailed technical concept.

Requirements Engineering in Practice: You have already gained experience in the collection and documentation of requirements

Deep-dive mentality: You are delighted to analyze existing process landscapes and design (technical) optimized target processes.

Methods expert: You are safe in the application of analytical and specification standards such as BPMN 2.0, DMN or UML

Academic foundation: You have a completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification with a pronounced IT reference.

More Spirit & Energy: You bring the necessary portion of passion to use design spaces and build our new location with us.

Communication strength: You have the pleasure of sharing – whether with the customer on site, remote or at the coffee machine.

Language feeling: German you can safely master C1 level.
