Product Manager ServiceNow in the field of Human Resources (m/w/d) in Munich

In your role as a product manager, you take one of the key roles in our HR transformation through the introduction of ServiceNow as our HR portal. In close cooperation with the Product Owner ServiceNow you have the opportunity to design HR processes in the Schön Klinik Group in the long term. Implementation of user stories: You develop and test user stories that are tailored to the needs of end users and thus optimize the user experience Adjustments to the front end (HTML, CSS, Java): You implement adjustments to the ServiceNow frontend and thus ensure intuitive and appealing use Testing and Release Management: You carry out comprehensive test processes for release changes and system updates, including the documentation for our audit. When you change your release, make sure that interfaces from our subsystems and ServiceNow applications work smoothly. Incident Management & Support: You provide 1st level support for incoming tickets and problems related to ServiceNow. This allows you to smoothly run and troubleshoot in the daily use of the ServiceNow platform. Reporting support: Together with the Product Owner, you identify and analyze vulnerabilities and find optimization needs in the HR processes. In addition, regular reports will be launched to counter the results of relevant key figures for the use and performance of the ServiceNow platform, enabling you to continuously improve HR processes and data-based decisions.

You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience with ServiceNow and other IT projects and have worked as a key user or in a supporting role. Your technical affinity is demonstrated by your knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as your experience with user story implementation In addition, you have experience in test and incident management and are happy to work with product owners, developers and stakeholders. Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), SAP basic knowledge and knowledge of German and English are of course for you
