Create new care with us As the daughter of the Evangelical Social Works in Müllheim, the Diaconical Services Hochrhein have been providing quality and human care for over ten years. In our stationary care facility with 97 seats, people who count on competent, dignified and individual care – including residents with palliative care needs. In 2026 we extend our offer with a new facility for hospice, day care and solitary short-term care. We are looking for management personalities that want to shape the future – with expertise, human strength and innovation joy.

Head of a residential area under the overall structure Organisation of day care and ensuring smooth procedures Coordination and professional leadership of employees Ensuring the quality of care and compliance with legal requirements Working with the implementation and further development of modern care concepts Cooperation with members, colleagues and other professional groups

Complete training in nursing and nursing Additional qualification for residential management or willingness to further develop Responsibility, team skills and organisational skills Valuable handling of residents and employees Identification with our diaconic values
