Free Trade is one of the most strategic transformation programs of OTTO IT and includes both organizational changes and the further development of our technological data platform. To support our change stream, we are looking for a dedicated working student or a dedicated working student. Together with the change team, you will accompany the introduction of new working methods, roles and processes and help the participating teams on their way to the new data world. Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we of “hybrid or mobile work”: You can work remotely up to 50% of your monthly working hours. Our teams, together with their leadership, decide how to balance out local time and mobile work.

Support the introduction of new working methods, roles and processes within the framework of the Data & AI Transformation at OTTO. Accompanying change and enablement measures: Wirke participates in the design and implementation of workshops, learning formats and community events. Make change understandable: Create communication and information materials for employees, data domains and executives. Bring people together: support collaboration between different stakeholders and coordinate exchange formats in the free trade environment. Deliver valuable impulses: Analyze feedback, prepare insights and support in the further development of our change strategy. Must-have: You are a registered full-time student with a focus on economic, social, communication or organizational sciences or similar courses. Available for at least 7 months (15-18 h/week) You have first experiences from internships or student activities in the project, change or communication environment with scrum methods and complex project structures. You have already created presentations, communication or learning materials. You have a basic understanding of agile working methods or digital transformation projects Structured and careful processing of information, presentations and documentation is yours. You strategically use AI tools to optimize processes in your field and motivate others to effectively use AI.
