Commercial tasks Monthly audit of consulting services Preparation of initial accounts and preparation of accounting Monitoring of payment receipt, tracking of open items, dunning Auditing of accounts and preparation of accounting Key user for the invoice and time recording system ZEP Implementation of travel cost accounting Construction and further development of the monthly controlling and project controlling Cost control, budget overviews and commercial evaluations Contract management for customers and service providers Processing of tenders and offers Support in preparing the annual financial statements Interface to the tax advisory office Continuous development and optimization of commercial processes Organization & Administration Structured data management (customers, employees, vehicles, mobile phones etc.) Management of keys and transponders incl.
