Team Coordinator Automotive Logistics (m/f/d)

You guide your team professionally (Management Scope 20–25 employees) and ensure clear assignment & transparent deployment planning. You make sure that all orders are handled correctly, cleanly and on time. You keep your eyes on processes & system-relevant processes, control them and cleanse Structure & Standards. You don't conduct discipline, but take action, act as a model and take your team with you. You analyze KPIs and make practical improvements. You plan and carry out trainings & instruction – so that your team works safely and efficiently.

Complete training in the logistics sector (e.g. specialist in warehouse logistics) or comparable practical experience, plus solid understanding of warehouse processes. First leadership experience of advantage – important is that you can divide people, give clear tasks and take your team with you. You work transparently and structured: You know at any time who is there and who works on it, and bring in processes & standards step by step. You do not conduct discipline, but implement measures, go ahead as a model, and make sense for orientation. Strong communication, team-oriented, durable and well organized – with a high quality standards. Very good German knowledge (min. B2); English is nice to have.
