They are responsible for receiving and processing alarm messages within the apoBank headquarters. In doing so, run and log intervention measures and carry out alarm interventions. You receive interference messages and service requests and process them. The operation of the safety and danger management systems is also part of your tasks. They take over the execution of the operating daily business such as programming access cards, performing recurring internal controls, etc. In addition, control the video surveillance, accept visual alarms and evaluate them.

They have completed training in the field of safety (e.g. protection and safety or comparable qualification). Experiences in a safety center or in dealing with safety technology are desirable. They have good knowledge of the operation of alarm and monitoring systems, have a quick understanding and a strong sense of responsibility.
