Consultant Marketing (m/f/d)

Consulting: You advise your customers in the areas of sales, marketing, recruiting and process optimization. You develop concrete, implementable measures within ongoing projects and actively accompany their implementation. Customer management: You work closely with customers, control the implementation and ensure sustainable results. You build competencies in the customer team. You identify vulnerabilities and develop scalable solutions at the interfaces of marketing, sales and recruiting. You convince by strong communication and consulting skills, convey complex content in a comprehensible manner and control customer discussions targeted. You work quickly in different industries, business models and target groups and adapt your strategies individually to your customers' requirements. Customer training: You enable your customers through practical training in handling relevant tools, methods and platforms in online marketing, sales and recruiting. Community support: You support the participants of our community platform by holding sessions on different leadership, sales and marketing topics and being in close contact with customers.

You have at least 3 years of experience in implementing actions in marketing, sales and/or recruiting as well as a good understanding of how to translate strategies into results. You have pronounced communication and consulting skills and feel safe in direct customer contact. You can convey complex facts in a comprehensible way, moderate conversations targeted and build trusting customer relationships. You think beyond individual disciplines and understand the relationships between marketing, sales, recruiting and internal processes. Ideally, you have already worked at the interface of these areas. You have a quick understanding and pronounced analytical skills. You are able to structure data and information, correctly classify and derive concrete measures. You have experience in carrying out or supporting market, competition or target group analyses and can develop practical recommendations for action. You work independently, solution-oriented and keep track of several projects. You proactively promote themes and promote consistent implementation of the defined measures. You recognize potential for improvement in existing processes and have a good sense of how processes can be made more efficient and scalable – especially in growth-oriented environments. You are sure to use common tools (e.g. in marketing, analysis or CRM environment) and work quickly into new systems and methods. You are able to quickly move into different industries, business models and target groups and adapt your approach flexibly.
