Your tasks – You make the difference with us: You support the development and introduction of new digital services and drive digitalization in the real estate industry. You analyze and optimise processes and systems, always with a view to customer needs and regulatory frameworks. In projects, you take responsibility from request analysis to rollout and work closely with agile, cross-functional teams. You develop customer-oriented, cloud-based solutions, find suitable answers to product and application questions and identify optimization potentials. You continuously improve our smoke alarm and room climate service from customer perspective and taking into account legal requirements. You actively engage in our complex IT landscape, recognize interfaces and dependencies and bring your business know-how to modernise and further develop our systems. Experience in the digitization of processes and digital services, ideally in the real estate industry, will help you. Experience with cloud technologies and agile methods. You have a good understanding of complex IT landscapes and the pleasure of designing innovative, sustainable solutions together with our IT teams. You are passionate about innovation, digitalization and current trends around the end customer. Teamwork, self-initiative and communication strength are yours. You will be happy to work in the international environment and bring fluent knowledge of German and good English.
