Stand-alone brushing / setting up modern CNC machines for medium to large components (depending on size/machine also in the team) positioning, alignment and clamping of the majority with the aid of crane and device Input of the machine, performing test runs, first piece control (comparison with ng.) Continuous monitoring of the processing process, possibly Tool change and corrections of the programs) Measurements + Testing according to test plan and documentation and feedback of work orders in the SAP system (simple PC inputs) In case of disorders or uncertainties, you can add an experienced specialist, a supervisor or programmer.

Training - ideally for machining mechanic, alternative tool mechanic or industrial mechanic with emphasis in CNC technology / manufacturing technology (m/w/d) Experience in CNC manufacturing (CNC turning and/or CNC milling) Secure understanding of technical drawings and experience in handling measuring instruments Layer readiness: (2- or 3-) required - this is excellently paid here (Equal Pay) Teamwork: You value a good team together, are authentic and helpful CNC Professional: You work independently, carefully and accurately - in doubt you always get help No need: Ideally, you already have experience with large / heavy components No need: Ideally experience with controls of SIEMENS / SINUMERIK (e.g. 840d) No need: Crane license (can be trained by the customer)
