As a specialist building document management (m/w/d) in our company, you will take care of the control and digitization of building documents as well as the deposit in our SAP system. In addition, monitor compliance with processes for archiving and formal control of all types of documents Provision of data and documents for digitization with external service providers Digitization of documents and recording in SAP Removal of errors and optimization of archiving processes and sequences Digitization and recording of microcards in the SAP archive Order acceptance and processing partly in English Transfer of software images in SAP Control of automatic night runs and troubleshooting Creation and printing of reference and labelling labels Examination of document information sets for completeness and up-to-date information for playlists to be released and SUPRA - Improvement of data quality in SAP

(m/w/d) or commercial training with technology affinity Good general SAP/PLM knowledge (product data management) including archiving in SAP Good knowledge of current MS Office and Adobe (PDF) applications Basic knowledge in the image workflow and in the operation of digital input and output devices, e.g. scanner Good English knowledge of word and writing Self-employment, team capacity and a high level of readiness to service internal customers
