Global Procurement Daimler Trucks & Buses (TT/G) is responsible for the purchase of all non-procured raw materials, parts and components necessary for the production of all commercial vehicles produced worldwide by Daimler Truck AG. TT/GB is responsible for the global purchase of Daimler Buses based in Neu-Ulm, Mannheim and Hosdere for the Mercedes-Benz and Setra brands. The registered office is located at the Mannheim site. In the TT/GB3-4 team we are responsible for purchasing the bus-specific high-voltage components such as fuel cell and charging components. We ensure sustainable success through competitive renouncements, constant competitive analyses and price negotiations, intensive support of the product development process and the generation of negotiating levers in the global purchasing network. We understand the technology and talk to suppliers and development areas at eye level! As a buyer: in the E-Drive Components and New Vehicle Projects team, you are responsible for the strategic orientation and operational management of your shopping area, the charging components and the fuel cell and represent the purchase in new product projects.
