Responsible management and control of infrastructure projects from planning to commissioning Conduct and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, coordination with internal and external partners and interface management (e.g. with authorities, engineering offices, construction companies) Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in their own team Coordination and responsibility of team-internal disposition (responsibility for utilisation) Monitor project targets within the team in terms of quality, costs and dates Advising our customers with regard to organisational and technical issues in project processing Acquisition of new customers and projects, creation and negotiation of offers Expansion and further development of the ÖPNV area

Completed studies in civil engineering, transport, transport engineering, transport engineering, railways, environmental engineering, economic engineering, project management or a comparable qualification At least eight years of experience in the project management (control) in the field of public transport or infrastructure projects, it is advantageous to have experience in controlling multiple phases in a project cycle Funded knowledge in the control and implementation of construction projects and in the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. HOAI, VOB, AHO) Experience in the disciplined leadership, development and management of teams in complex project areas Affinity for digital tools Strongly pronounced abstraction capacity, communication and leadership as well as the ability to bring together different stakeholders readiness to travel within Germany
