Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Regionetz GmbH | Location Aachen | from 01.02.2026 | Full time (38 hours/week) | unlimited Ensure compliance with all legal, technical and contractual requirements as well as quality, safety and environmental standards Planning, implementation and continuous updating of training measures (theory and practice) and training documents incl. training for working under tension Process description, monitoring and optimization in the task area and adaptation to changed framework conditions Management, coordination and quality assurance of projects Creation of reports, key figures and statistics as well as IT-based quality assurance at construction sites Consultative support for construction officers and policy managers in the production of billing documents on correctness or in the assessment of dimensions Examination, evaluation and commentation of service providers, assessments and supplements Organisation and implementation of measures to improve work quality, work safety and construction processes incl. Participation in supplier talks

Complete studies in electrical engineering AuS ID (work under tension) Training certificate (AEVO) Qualification as AuS trainer*in (work under tension) desirable as well as coaching experience of advantage Very good IT skills, especially in databases, SAP/ESM, Jeda, QS tools and general IT applications Good rhetorical and didactic competence Impressed systematic thinking, care, willingness to take responsibility and a high self-initiative as well as a strong awareness of working safety and quality High loadability, persistence and flexibility as well as strong team and customer orientation Cost awareness and safe occurrence with negotiating and enforcement capacity, supplemented by existing professional experience and driving licence class B
