As Teamlead Payroll (m/w/d) you are responsible for a bigger team in the area of payroll They ensure accurate, timely and legally compliant pay bills for employees of the group of companies You continuously optimize the work processes and the modules in the personal management system They ensure that all accounting processes comply with the applicable legal provisions and regulations and are contact persons for all employees They act as an interface function for financial accounting and accompany the audits

You have completed your studies in the field of Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in the management of wage accounting teams, preferably in medium-sized or larger companies We require knowledge about pay billing processes, tax laws and labour law You convince with your strong understanding of IT systems and your willingness to participate in projects Personally, you can convince with your hand-on mentality and your communication and implementation strength
