We extend the team credit analysis and look for backup accordingly. Our team is responsible for the structured analysis and evaluation of financing for real estate investors, with a focus on residential and commercial real estate as well as real estate projects. It works closely with the market units to fully assess the economic viability of financing requests and existing commitments. The focus is on the examination of investment projects and projects, the identification of object- and customer-related financial indicators and the ongoing monitoring of customers by means of internal analysis instruments.

Your tasks – we will inspire you As a senior credit analyst/-informs and assigns credit templates in the new and existing business to customers from the real estate investors and real estate projects segment that are permanently assigned to you. In close cooperation with our market areas, you accompany customer engagements through a comprehensive risk assessment. Your focus is on the assessment of the new business as well as the real estate and real estate projects, the analysis of microlocations and industry developments, as well as the detailed investigation of the economic conditions of borrowers. In addition to the creation of capital services and ratings, you place particular emphasis on the investor's real estate portfolio and its planning for the following years as well as on ongoing risk monitoring by means of our early warning system.
