Our “IT- and Operations-Governance” department supports the departments in implementing regulatory requirements safely. We accompany internal and external audits, in particular through supervisory authorities and audits, and ensure a smooth coordination between examiners and departments. Our sixteen-headed team thus contributes significantly to effective and lived governance in IT and operations. As an application manager, you perform the following tasks: Construction & further development of central IT control systems: You take a key role in building our new configuration management tool (CMDB) and actively shape its further development and sustainable care. For transparent structures and a loadable data base, you set the foundation for our IT operation. Responsibility for patch & configuration management: You define binding requirements for patch management and continuously develop them. With your structured approach, you make sure that our systems are always up-to-date, safe and regular. Quality assurance & compliance: You carry out targeted checks in patch and configuration management and ensure compliance with defined standards. You have both regulatory requirements and internal quality requirements at any time. Interface management: As a central contact person, you agree closely with technical application managers, infrastructure teams and external IT providers. For clear communication and smooth processes, you can extend across all interfaces. Technical advice & knowledge transfer: With your expertise, you are in demand for contact within the team and beyond. You actively share your knowledge and contribute to sustainably establishing professional standards and best practices. IT Risk Management: You identify potential IT risks early and make sure that You are systematically captured, evaluated and addressed. This makes you an important contribution to the stability and security of our IT landscape. Process support & reporting: You support adjacent processes such as Incident Management and System Cost Controlling and deliver meaningful reporting that serve as the basis for sound decisions. Examination Guide: Together with the team, you will participate in internal and external audits and ensure that all relevant requirements are met transparently and comprehensible

You have successfully completed your studies with IT reference or have completed a comparable training with an appropriate additional qualification as well as relevant further education or certification. Multiannual practical experience in the operation of applications and/or IT infrastructures as well as their structured documentation are the key to you. You bring well-founded knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in change, release or configuration management, and you understand how to use them safely in practice. You have very good German knowledge on at least C1 level, which you certainly use in word and writing. Ideally, you have knowledge of regulatory requirements in the IT environment of a financial service provider and can integrate them into your daily work. It is also helpful if you already have experience in designing and developing applications or system landscapes. With your analytical view, you can quickly identify complex relationships and prepare them to be addressed and understandable. You work structured, independent and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Teamwork is of course for you: you share your knowledge, go ahead with a good example and actively promote the professional exchange in the team.
