In the position as a buyer, your goal is the procurement law-compliant procurement of technical services and the independent implementation of tender procedures (VOB, VOL, VgV) for construction and services. You are responsible for the tender implementation: preparation and implementation of tender procedures, including evaluation of tenders, awards and documentation with award notices. The documentation and system management are within your task; This includes the collection in the system (SAP-MM), the demonstration of procurement procedures and the creation of purchasing reports. You're consulting supplier relationships and order management; in particular, you are responsible for the care and development of supplier relationships, the creation and pursuit of orders, the coordination with internal departments to ensure a reliable supply. You carry out periodic market and cost analyses. The negotiation and conclusion of delivery and framework contracts, taking into account procurement requirements, are within your responsibility.

You have a completed commercial training and several years of practical experience in public procurement and procurement law You bring well-founded knowledge in public procurement law and VOB and are confident in the application of lawful processes and threshold assessment. You are safe in the application of ORCA AVA/GAEB applications, MS Office and have experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP-MM).
