In your 12-month rotation-based trainee program, you will get to know the company. Type of employment: Full time The “Risk Model Validation” training program offers you an attractive career entry. You have the opportunity to work on topics, develop them and expand your professional horizon. Through your involvement and active participation in diverse topics, you will gain a broad overview of our activities. In addition, we provide you with an individually designed rotation plan, exciting insights into other areas of risk management and other Competence Lines/Divisions. On-top you get off-the-job training measures that sharpen your profile personally and as a decision-makers. The following tasks and topics await you with us: You work with different methods of model validation and carry out quantitative analyses independently. You will get to know the different risk measurement models used in the bank. You analyze large amounts of data and carry out quantitative analyses to evaluate the models. You support the creation of reports with validation results and keep presentations on it. You will gain insight into audits by the ECB, auditors and internal audits. Through close cooperation with our colleagues in the holding company, you will get to know the work in an international group.
