Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

This is what your working day looks like:

• Creation of work contracts, certificates and other relevant Staff documents
• Active applicant management and organisation and implementation of Interviews
• Maintenance of data in the timing system, analysis and evaluation Working time records
• Management of digital personal files and guaranteeing a seamless Documentation
• Advising staff on HR-relevant topics and support personal economic questions

That's what you bring:

• Completed commercial training e.g. as a merchant for office management (m/w/d), Industrial Manager (m/w/d) Projektleiter (m/w/d)
• First practical experience in a HR position is desirable
• User knowledge in the current MS Office programs
• Joy in dealing with people and a solution-oriented manner
