You are responsible for design, implementation and operation of IAM solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID (former Azure Active Directory). You manage the user-lifecycle processes (Joiner – Mover – Leaver) using Entra ID Governance and integrated tools such as Microsoft Identity Manager or third-party solutions. You implement and maintain Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SSO and Just-in-Time Access Controls (PIM – Privileged Identity Management). For the integration of applications (SaaS, On-Premise, Cloud-native) with Entra ID regarding authentication and authorization (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect). You take care of the management of hybrid identities and the connection of local directory services (e.g. Active Directory via Entra Connect). You work with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) role and rights modeling. You support audits and implement regulatory requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.). You are responsible for monitoring and reporting and continuous improvement of IAM processes using Entra ID Governance, Logs and Security Reports.

You have completed a degree in the field of (economic) informatics or acquired a comparable qualification. You have relevant practical experience in Identity & Access Management with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD. You have profound knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Entra Connect, PIM, Conditional Access and RBAC. You have gained experience with script languages such as PowerShell to automate processes. You also have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance features and Azure resource access models. You know the current authentication and authorization standards (e.g. OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect). You work structured, independent and have a good communication capability. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
