Then get yourself in: You can help with advice and action: you analyze, design and optimize IT service management processes according to best practices, such as ITIL, COBIT or SAFe, focusing on efficiency, quality and compliance. You keep an overview: you develop and implement new processes, organize training and ensure that all process documentation and policies are always up-to-date and complete. Your expertise is in the field of IT service management: They define and optimize interfaces between different IT processes and departments and ensure that they are seamlessly integrated into the overall structure of the organization. They contribute your know-how: they contribute significantly to the monitoring and continuous development of our IT service processes. Your focus is especially on change management. In addition, you take responsible roles of central IT processes and actively shape their orientation and implementation. They always work in a solution-oriented manner: Your technical skills allow you to read and understand SQL queries and Java source code. This enables you to better understand technical aspects of processes and facilitate cooperation with developers and technical teams.

Education: You will have a completed study of (economic) informatics, a comparable training or bring several years of professional experience in the ITSM environment. Experience: They have a well-founded knowledge of the technical and organizational processes within an IT organization, in particular in the definition, design and optimization of processes according to ITIL and their interfaces. In addition, you have experience in process modeling, ideally with BPMN. Knowledge: You are familiar with common standards and best practices of IT governance and/or IT service management (e.g. ITIL, COBIT). They ideally bring knowledge in Matrix42, Jira and/or Confluence. Their knowledge of German lies on at least C1 level in word and writing.
