Description

• Support of the Bond plant and processing of work orders
• Operator for electrical connection technology
• Testing of components for bondability/visual inspection
• Testing of the electrical connections created for quality and technical/mechanical properties  Conducting tests, compiling measurement data and test reports

Profile

• Complete technician training in machine construction, optics, optoelectronics or electronics
• Experiences in electrical joining technology (wire bonding) desirable
• Knowledge of material and connection testing as well as wire bonding testing desirable
• Working in clean rooms ISO5 to ISO8
• Very good knowledge of German and good English (in word and writing)
