In this position you take over the independent management of turnkey construction projects. You coordinate all project participants, keep costs, appointments and quality in mind and support clients in sound, factual decisions in the course of the project.

The projects cover a wide range of projects, including residential buildings and residential buildings, nursing facilities and commercial and administrative buildings. Own-responsible development of construction projects in the turnkey construction from project initiation to handover. Creation and control of cost and schedules as well as coordination of all internal and external project participants. Construction planning, quality and outcome control as well as structured chance, risk and contract management. Preparation, implementation and preparation of project and construction meetings incl. Documentation and tracking. Construction monitoring including fault management and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, standards and guidelines.

Complete studies in architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualifications. Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in the project or construction management in the building. Excellent cost and quality awareness and sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. experience in dealing with contracts, supplements and VOB topics; The focus is on the objective assessment and accompaniment. Independent project management after structured integration with clear responsibilities. Project volumes from approximately € 5 million to € 60 million, from individual projects to major quarter developments. Cooperation in a professional, regionally anchored environment with short decision paths. Role with long-term perspective and focus on quality, reliability and sustainable project implementation. Varied working day between office, project meetings and construction sites in northern Germany. .
