We are looking for our prestigious customer, from the trading industry in Stuttgart, a staff assistant pay (m/w/d) with the following tasks and requirements:

♪ Your duties

• You take over administrative activities within the HR department from entry to exit, including contract creation and changes, certification
• You accept the registrations and votes for occupational pension schemes
• You arrange travel expenses in the booking system
• You prepare the terms, monthly pay bill to the external billing service provider and check them before billing
• You maintain personal master files and personal files, as well as document management
• They guide personnel overviews and statistics
• You are the first contact person for all questions regarding pay billing and for all general internal questions
• Cooperation with external bodies, regarding all accounting issues, is also part of your task
• Maintenance of our time tracking tool

Your profile

• (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in German payroll accounting
• Good and up-to-date knowledge of pay tax, tax and social security law
• Security in the application of common office tools and generally affinity in handling IT and figures, data and facts
• Extreme discretion and reliability
• Communication strength and team skills
