Implementation of receipt checks Creating and Optimizing Incoming Check Plans Enquiry and processing of annual requalifications and samples due to prolonged production Contact person for our suppliers on quality topics and complaints (including costs) Creating and maintaining Q messages in the SAP system for processing supplier complaint Monitoring of complaint processing (processing time, response time, content of 8D reports and effectiveness of corrective measures) in close cooperation with the relevant parties (external, internal) Implementation of supplier audits according to VDA 6.3. as well as derivation, tracking and evaluation of improvement measures according to Audit Plan or Supplier Focus Programme Coordination of sortings in the house incl. Relocations and release / blocking of parts as well as commissioning of internal sorting

Completed commercial training Practical professional experience in quality environment Knowledge of quality management (IATF 16949, VDA6 6.3, QM-Automotive Core Tools) Good MS Office knowledge (especially Word and Excel) SAP knowledge of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication and team skills Embossed Analytical Skills High readiness and flexibility
