Your tasks:

• They monitor building equipment and carry out maintenance and maintenance work
• You are contact persons for all tasks in building management
• You know every connection, distributor and provider in our branch

Your profile:

• A technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic SHK, domestic engineer, electrician, heating/ventilator manufacturer, service technician, industrial mechanic or climate engineer
• First professional experience in the field of building maintenance or building technology simplifies your entry
• You will see things from the customer's point of view, while paying attention to functionality, order and cleanliness
