As a plant manager*in Landstrom, you take over the technical operator responsibility and asset management for our agricultural power plants and ensure reliable and safe plant operation. You analyze risks and develop sustainable measures to optimize availability and operational safety. You actively shape the asset and maintenance strategy and rely on modern maintenance methods. Priority Your activity is the planning, control and documentation of maintenance measures in SAP PM, including resource, budget and service provider management. In operational operation, you coordinate technical operations, support ship supplies and ensure stable and efficient operations. In addition, you develop technical standards, maintenance concepts and reporting structures and use key figures specifically for improving quality and efficiency. In addition, check and validate operating and consumption data and support technical questions at the interfaces on commercial functions, shipping companies and terminal operators.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology, automation technology or a comparable field of expertise. Professional experience in operation, maintenance or technical management of electrotechnical equipment ideally bring you from the fields of energy supply, industry or critical infrastructure. With the relevant technical regulations, standards and legal requirements, especially in the field of low-voltage and medium-voltage technology, you are well known. In addition, you have experience in the planning and control of maintenance measures and in the handling of technical service providers. Technical asset management, analysis of plant conditions and continuous optimization of operating and maintenance processes are your strengths. The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you; ideally, you will also bring knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems. Your profile is rounded off by economic understanding, good English skills and ideally experience in the port, industrial or energy environment and project management.
