As Manager Market Access you will take on a strategic leadership role at Kintiga - responsible for multiple projects, teams, and client relationships. You will contribute to the development of the company and its brand, drive innovation, and ensure the quality and prospect of our project work and meeting targets development. Master's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, health economics, or business Native level proficiency in German (CEFR Level C2) and excellent English language skills (CEFR Level C1) Minimum of 3 years' experience in market access within the German and European pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, delay with relevant additional experience Comprehensive understanding of the German (AMNOG) and the European market access process High level of analytical and structured thinking, Strong communication skills Proven experience in strategic client leadership, business development and agile working methods and the ability to present complex topics Reliable, detail-oriented, and client-focused working style with a strong commitment to quality Solution-oriented team player, with enthusiasm for complex subject matter and high professional, methodological, and social competencies Regular in-person presence at the Hannover office (daily the first 6 months and after that times per week) Occasional availability to travel
