March 2026, identification number 2/56 (please specify) You work in a small team in the field of corporate management of the entertainment department of the Greenland Office. Their main task will be the handling of special tasks for the Greenland Office, but also in assistance for other offices and private enterprises of the Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt. These special tasks include, for example, the need to refurbish and repair work or the resignation of the interests of the Greenland Office in the planning of public-sector events in which green areas are concerned.

Project management of complete refurbishment and entertainment activities in existing parks with special attention to monuments and artistic concerns Project management in the refurbishment of garden-denkmalcare-protected individual structures (e.g. gate systems, wall renovations etc.) and in the refurbishment of old loads Project responsibility for all phases of the HOAI commissioning and monitoring of external engineering offices (e.g. floor experts, Statiker, ecologists, survey engineers, etc.) Monitoring traffic safety and short-term elimination of accident hazards in the associated area Participation in drawing up the budget, monitoring the allocated budget, public relations, updating and further development of the Internet presence and complaint management

at least relevant, completed study of the field of landscape architecture with the degree “Dipl.‐Ing.
