As a central contact person, we develop new regulations and are at our side with our colleagues from the customer service centres in order to ultimately provide the optimal service for our insurers and sales partners. Then get yourself in: The optimization of processes gives you pleasure: You provide technical assistance to the contract service in health insurance, with the focus on payment systems (Inkasso/Exkasso) and Mahnwesen and serve as an interface between contract service units, service centers and technical contact points. As a competent contact person, you are responsible for the collection/exkasso system: With your communicative way, you prepare internal workshops and carry them through, secure the knowledge transfer in the customer service centres and ensure a high process quality. You keep an overview: You take over the technical control as well as the independent implementation and reporting of quality assurance measures. We can rely on your know-how: With complex questions from our colleagues on site, you will find solutions together thanks to your expertise in health insurance as well as your expertise in payment and reminding. Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments. Experience: You have already gained professional experience in the field of health insurance and, in particular, in the field of payment transactions (Inkasso/Exkasso).
