Our Strategy & Performance team in Dusseldorf is looking for YOU!

Develop and enhance performance culture focusing on the project portfolio of the New Green Power and Gas (NGPG) department processes and systems Support the alignment and optimization of Performance Management Systems across different NGPG functions, ensuring coherence from team level to senior management Implement and monitor KPIs at both project and portfolio levels to drive performance insights and decision-making Coordinate and deliver activities reporting within the NGPG and support relevant functional interfaces regarding overarching obligations search as financial or sustainability Drive the digitalization of the performance management system, enhancing data quality, automation and integration Contribute to the successful of performance improvement initiatives focusing on the project portfolio of the New Green Power and Gas (NGPG) department processes and systems Engage and collaborate with stakeholders various functions, fostering alignment and adoption of performance management best practices

University degree with excellent Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years, ideally within project or performance management with PMP certification Strong expertise in stakeholder and change management Understanding of energy markets, together with a sound commercial understanding is preferential High level of commitment, team spirit and a proactive ‘can do' attitude as well as accepted for working in an international environment Ability to work on various topics in parallel with focus on quality and deadlines Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset Advanced skills in MS Office 365, Excel and PowerBI and strong drive for digitalization Professional command of English and German Willingness to lots of fun while driving meaningful change
