For the Hamburg office, I am looking for a Head of Technical Service (m/w/d), who, with his expertise and leadership, is advancing the areas of calculation, work preparation, planning and BIM and LEAN. In the 40-member Hamburger Niederlasung you have the technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for 6 colleagues from the indoor service. Management and further development of the technical service for the Hamburg branch Responsibility for the correct calculation and preparation of work in raw and turnkey construction Initiating and implementing development projects to optimize internal processes Ensuring compliance with budget and quality requirements through sound planning and control Promoting and guiding the team according to modern, agile guiding principles Support of the superstructure line and the construction line in the construction design

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Found experience in building management, calculation or work preparation as well as leadership experience Safe handling of design-specific software (e.g. iTWO, PowerProject) and MS Office Knowledge of building contract law (VOB/BGB) as well as in BIM and LEAN methods Entrepreneurial thinking, communication strength and enforcement Flexibility, reliability and a structured, targeted approach
