Number: MER0003TN3 The Center RD/E is responsible for the testing and competence center in Research & Development and for the construction of development units and for the Powertrain test field. Along the product development process, RD/EPM is responsible for the complete hardware process chain for the drive development RD/E from procurement logistics to assembly up to testing in the test field or Vehicle integration. This includes the entire range of conventional and alternative drive technologies. Then we are looking for you to make an active contribution to the planning and realization of the protype building program with us in the context of your mandatory internship! We are a highly motivated and dynamic team that acts as an interface between the drive and vehicle projects and ensure that the ideas and innovations of our drive concepts become reality. You are involved in the planning of prototypes and the feasibility of the build-up program and assist in the realization of the new product portfolio of Mercedes-Benz Cars. These challenges include: Working with new innovative drive systems Creation of reports and evaluations for visualization of the development program Analyzing planning changes, deriving recommendations for action and examining the impact of decisions at strategic and operational level Further development of the current tracking tools Creation of evaluations, analyses and decision templates for management Cooperation with team management in administrative tasks What we can offer: A comprehensive overview of the interaction in new product projects in the company and planning know-how in prototype setup We are a team with a wide range of internal interfaces (development, structures, control, procurement, etc.), which allows you a large network at Mercedes-Benz You get regular feedback for your personal development and the introduction of your own ideas and suggestions for improvement is always important to us Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
