SWITCHING THE SMART WAY! Responsibility for the material compliance of our products (including REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS) Creation and maintenance of standard and customer-specific declarations and processing of enquiries relating to: Conflict Minerals (Dodd-Frank Act, EMRT, AMRT) Organization, coordination and evaluation of material tests in coordination with our production sites in China and Turkey Examination, management and documentation of test results, certificates and environmental and compliance related supplier declarations Creating and managing material data sheets (MDS) in the IMDS portal and coordinating the necessary information along the supply chain Maintenance of relevant customer-specific compliance portals, databases and forms (e.g. IntegrityNext) Responsibility for our UL certification (Underwriters Laboratories) Working with environmental, certification and compliance topics as well as projects and documentation Cooperation with external service providers and consultants

Complete technical or scientific training or comparable practical experience in the field of Chemical & Material Compliance, Chemistry or Materials Science or Sustainability topics Multiannual professional experience in a comparable environment Basic material science knowledge in the fields of plastics, metals and electronics Safe handling of portals, databases and ERP systems Knowledge of global product safety law (REACH, RoHS, etc.) desirable Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
