Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)

Identification and acquisition of new relevant online marketplaces in the luxury and lifestyle segment. Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with marketplace operators. Own-responsibility of the existing marketplace accounts – from product care to performance monitoring. Coordination of product listings, product range extensions and content optimization for maximum visibility. Analysis of sales, margins and KPIs with derivation of recommendations for action. Responsibility for the technical connection of new marketplaces (e.g. interface integration with PIM/ERP systems) at project management level. Close cooperation with internal teams (IT, sales, marketing) and external service providers. Continuous optimization of technical processes and workflows. Development of strategies for increasing sales and internationalisation in the marketplace sector. Monitoring trends and market changes and introducing new ideas. Development of marketing strategies with marketplace partners.

Complete studies in the field of business management, e-commerce, business informatics or comparable training. Multiannual professional experience in e-commerce/marketplace management or in the field of online sales. Technical understanding and project management experience in the field of interfaces, ERP/PIM systems and online shop infrastructures. Embossed analytical skills and safe handling of reporting and analysis tools. High self-initiative, organisational skills and joy in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams. Ready for occasional missions.
