Instructor or lecturer in electrical engineering (m/f/d)

You plan, design and accompany courses in the field of electrical engineering in the context of over-company training. You impart practical expertise to our trainees and promote their technical, methodological and social competence. You accompany practical exercises, projects and learning tasks and help trainees work safely and independently. You convey the importance of occupational safety and health protection and ensure consistent compliance with the applicable safety regulations in training areas. You work with training companies and other partners and are available to them as a specialist contact person. You contribute to the development and further development of course contents and training concepts. You bring your experiences and ideas into the further development of our workshops, learning environments and digital training opportunities. You carry out tasks in projects and working groups and actively contribute to the further development of the Hamburg training centre. If necessary, you can also support cross-disciplinary training topics and courses.

A completed qualification as an electrical engineering master, state-tested technician in the field of electrical engineering, diploma engineer/in or a comparable electrotechnical qualification. Multiannual practical professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally in industry, crafts or training. Knowledge in electrical engineering fields and interest in current developments, for example in automation and installation technology Experience in the training of young people and/or adults is desirable. Pleasure to convey technical content in a comprehensible, practical and targeted manner. A safe occurrence and joy in working with different learning groups and training establishments. willingness to work on new technical topics and digital learning methods. Basic knowledge of learning platforms and digital training media are of advantage. A high sense of responsibility for occupational safety and accident prevention.
