Our software ensures that craft businesses spend less time in the office – and more time for what really matters. And you're the key to it. Your mission You're the voice that helps when it comes to it. You bring clarity into chaos, find solutions – and make progress from frustration. At the same time, you develop step by step: from the operational problem solver to the strategic contact for our customers.

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, competent and solution-oriented. You help with concrete challenges concerning offers, invoices and processes. You find causes instead of symptoms – and work closely with our product team. You explain complex things to everyone. In short: Without you, the customer does not run round.

You have a real service minimum set and joy in helping people. You stay calm when it gets hectic – and still find the best solution. You can easily explain complex topics. You're thinking not to work. Experiences in support, craftsmanship or software/IT environment are of advantage, an understanding of offers, invoices and office processes, as well as the interest in developing towards customer success. .
