As an IT Business Analyst for Digital Supply Chain/ Production Planning, the following tasks come to you. Implementation of our planning AI for customers worldwide Consulting customers in modeling factories and supply chains Accompanying customers from onboarding to successful implementation in cooperation with our Data Engineers and other team members User support in test and hypercare phases Training of users in handling our solution Communication of customer perspective in the idea-finding and development of new features to our internal developer team Definition, validation and documentation of requirements for changes and new functions Project management for software adaptations and integrations
