Controller (m/w/d)

Building and further developing an efficient, meaningful controlling within the company Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports Understanding and repetitive creation of a simple consolidation Budget planning, forecasts and deviation analyses Support for management in business matters Analysis of cost structures, margins and economy Development of key figures and reporting tools / cockpit Cooperation with accounting, external tax advisors and auditors, advisory board and banks

Core competencies: Embossed numerical understanding and analytical skills Structured and independent operation High IT and system affinity Communication strength and consulting competence Responsibility and discretion entrepreneurial thinking Experiences: Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in the industrial or medical SME environment Experience in building or developing control structures of advantage Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Excel Experience in reporting and budget planning Education: Completed studies of business, economics or comparable qualifications Alternatively: relevant commercial training with corresponding further training in controlling Completion as an auditor Payment: Attractive, market-compliant remuneration depending on qualification and experience, supplemented by interesting development perspectives
