To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Technical location manager (m/w/d) with electromaster qualification for the region Leipzig.

Your tasks as Technical Site Manager (m/w/d) Region Leipzig:

• Responsibility for the standard implementation of the test orders according to DGUV 3 + 4
• Acquisition of the function of responsible electrical power (VEFK)
• Establishment of risk assessments and organisation of follow-up measures
• Coaching and development of your technicians – you like to pass on your knowledge and ensure a high quality of testing
• Technical customer advice and support in the further development of customer relationships
• Implementation of internal training, instruction and quality assurance measures
• Active compilation of our company growth and optimization of processes

You bring it:

• Recognised completion as Electromaster/-in
• Secure handling of MS Office and good German skills
• Joy of Coaching, Quality Management and Knowledge Building
• Communication strength, organizational design and customer-oriented appearance
