We are looking for a deputy nursing service (m/w/d) for the service housing and care community in the advita house . The position is to be filled in full time (38 hours/week).

After passing the trial period and passing through a talent center, we offer you the possibility of a work-sponsor-funded further education to the responsible nursing staff.

Your task

• Support for day care management

• Representation of care services in absence

• Quality management tasks

• Ensure high quality of care under management and professional guidance

Requirements:

• They have a completed three-year training in nursing or nursing.

• Further, you will have the willingness to continue training and development.

• A communicative and reflected personality characterises you.

• Entrepreneurial thinking, at best with knowledge of outpatient performance accounting, is familiar to you.

• professional experience in the outpatient field and in a leading role are desirable.

• They have organizational skills and team skills.

For reasons of standardised quality assurance, advita is required to provide a police guidance certificate. The guidance certificate may not be older than three months. Please take care of the application in time.
