For this position we are looking for a personality with technical understanding in machine or plant engineering. The role combines international customer support with the technical and commercial handling of spare parts and retrofit projects.

Contact person for our international customers for spare parts, repair and remodeling requests to the equipment supplied by us technical and commercial processing of customer requests including the technical clarification of inquiries details with customers and internal specialist departments, assessment of customer requirements regarding technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness; Support in the development of technical solutions for e.g. plant modernization, and subsequent offer creation and Order processing

Processing of correspondence with customers and internal specialist departments Support for sales and trade representations in support of the existing customer base Identification and technical allocation of spare parts using drawings, lists and plant documentation Customer master data maintenance

technical training (e.g. to the mechanical engineering technician (m/w/d)) or alternatively commercial training with multi-year professional experience in the technical field Experience in spare parts business, after-sales service or technical sales service necessary, preferably in machine or plant engineering good technical understanding and the ability to interpret technical drawings, lists and plant documentation strong skills in handling international customers and suppliers very good German and English; further foreign language of advantage safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems (especially SAP module SD) systematic operation, good communication skills, pronounced problem-solving competence and appropriate enforcement capability
