Number: MER000450R As part of your internship, you support the team E2E Enablement & Change People Transformation in the successful design and implementation of the People Transformation within the Mercedes‐Benz Group. As part of a globally working people team, you will gain exciting insights into strategic transformation processes, international cooperation and modern enablement methods. These challenges come to you: Support for target group, demand and impact analyses as a basis for change and enablement strategies

Working with the development of change management concepts and the involvement of relevant stakeholders

Support in the design and implementation of innovative training and enablement formats as well as in communication documents

Cooperation in the global end-to-end enablement control and coordination with international project teams and markets

Preparation and support of workshops for global multipliers

Support for effectiveness measurements, readiness assessments and quality assurance of existing methods

Cooperation and preparation of relevant documents for workshops, bodies or stakeholders
