Director Product Management (m/f/d)

In this key role, you take the technical and strategic responsibility for your department and actively shape the future of our products and markets in the field of medical technology. You lead your team with a vision, expertise and genuine enthusiasm for innovation and quality. As a director, you guide, motivate and develop your team – both professionally and personally. The planning, implementation and further development of our international product portfolio in the field of medical technology (EMS & Hospital) is your responsibility. Market and competitive trends keep you in mind, identify opportunities and take appropriate measures. At the same time, you ensure that all national and international regulations, guidelines and standards for medical devices are complied with. In close cooperation with internal interfaces, you actively contribute your expertise to strategic projects. In addition, you’re talking about efficient work processes, taxing resources and setting priorities with a clear entrepreneurial understanding.

You have a suitable university degree as well as a well-founded experience in product management and international medical technology. With the relevant standards, guidelines and QM systems you are as familiar as with MS Office, ERP systems and the English language. Thanks to your analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with multi-year leadership experience, you always keep an overview and meet good decisions. Personally, you are convinced by strong communication and presentation skills, high social competence and creativity and self-initiative. You work loyal, team-oriented and enjoy developing processes and driving innovations.
