We are therefore looking for conscientious employees for our debitor accounting as accountants debitors (m/w/d).

In our accounting team, you are responsible for debitor accounting and report to the Head of Finance Your tasks include, on the one hand, the proper monitoring, confirmation and accounting of all debitoral transactions On the other hand, you are responsible for debt management. To do this, you can contact customers independently, clarify payment questions and disagreements. Creating reminders and coordinating payment plans also counts among your tasks Internal audits as well as monthly and annual accounts are prepared by you. You are also responsible for reports on open items, payment inputs and credit risks. To do this, you will also analyze the creditworthiness of customers and you will set up recommendations Sales, customer service as well as finance colleagues in the other Groupe Hamelin countries are important internal partners with which you encourage trusted cooperation. You work externally with auditors, tax advisors, the tax office, debt collection companies and lawyers

You have a completed commercial training and three years of professional experience in accounting or you are a certified accountant (m/w/d) Through your previous work, you have gained knowledge of debitors or cooperation with banks You have good user knowledge in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and master the safe handling of common accounting systems. SAP knowledge is an advantage English language skills are required for oral and written communication with colleagues at other international locations You also draw your attention through good communicative skills and a structured, independent way of working
