As Head of Professional Services (m/w/x) you take a key role in our company: You lead our IT-Consulting & Project Management team, create orientation and ensure that even complex customer projects are successfully targeted. You bring structure into dynamics, set the right priorities and create the conditions for your team to perform strongly. At the same time, you actively shape processes, methods and cooperation and combine operational excellence with strategic vision. Leadership and further development of our team from IT consultants and IT-Project managers Planning resources and capacities and ensuring strong operational delivery Responsibility for managing complex customer projects in terms of time, budget, quality and performance Takeover of strategic, particularly complex or escalation-prone customer projects Development of project management standards, processes, tools and reporting structures Management of the project portfolio including prioritization, capacity management and risk management Support for PreSales activities, in particular for cost estimates, solution design and expert advice in the sales process Close cooperation with customers, internal interfaces and management
