In addition to global insurance management, the company, together with its subsidiaries, is responsible, inter alia, for the guarantee insurance business in Germany via Mercedes-Benz Versicherung AG and for the reinsurance business in Luxembourg via the Mercedes-Benz Reinsurance S.A. Luxembourg. In the Governance & Corporate Office team, we work on the interface between governance, compliance, risk management and regulatory requirements. We support both Mercedes-Benz Insurance Services GmbH as a company holding company of the Mercedes-Benz Insurance Group and Mercedes-Benz Insurance AG and Mercedes-Benz Reinsurance S.A. Luxembourg as a regulated insurance or reinsurance company. These activities come to you: Support for governance, risk and compliance processes of Mercedes-Benz Insurance Services GmbH, Mercedes-Benz Insurance AG and Mercedes-Benz Reinsurance S.A. Luxembourg Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act, the minimum requirements for the business organisation of insurance companies and Solvency II, as well as intra-group requirements Support for compliance risk assessments and monitoring and control activities Creation of management documents, presentations and reports Conducting research on regulatory and supervisory issues Support for awareness-raising and training in governance Participation in implementing efficiency and automation measures including applications in the field of artificial intelligence The activity can begin from December 2026. Degree in economics, law, insurance or in a comparable field
