Development and optimization of polymer and formulation systems for technical films and web products Conversion of development projects into robust production processes (Scale-up) Analysis and targeted improvement of calender, extrusion and coating processes Process stability, performance and quality drivers at industry level Experience in process optimization and the introduction of new plants and manufacturing technologies Interface between R&D, production, quality and machine manufacturers Identification of technological differentiation characteristics (e.g. mechanical performance, processability, service life)

Study or technical training in the field of chemical engineering / chemical engineering, process engineering, plastics technology or materials science Multiannual experience in plastics processing / polymer industry Ideally know-how in: Coating processes or composite systems Polymer Chemistry, Additives and Material Design

Experience in Scale-up, Process Optimization and Production Start Strong understanding of the relationship between formulation, process and product properties Hands-on mentality combined with analytical thinking
